DDS for Windows 3.x will only work on EGA and up. No coding was installed
for video modes less than EGA.

DDS was written on a 386-40 and does seem a little slugish on 386-25.
It would be nice to hear how it runs on systems other than these.

Update Register:

V1.0   06-18-92 Original Release - Only tested on Windows 3.1

V1.01  06-20-92 Fix for Windows 3.0 with extream use of GlobalLock
                function bombing out.  Will now work most of the time
                with Windows 3.0.  If you make it to the main screen 
                it will work the rest of the time.
                
                Made EGA Compatible.
