EDI Install Pro for Windows v1.0

Users of EDI Install please read the manual carefully
and examine the sample .INF file.  The formats of all
sections has changed.  Before you call for support,
make sure you are following the new specs.  Particularly
the [FILES] and [PM GROUP] sections have changed a lot.
