Windows Command Release Information

Version 1.00
	Initial Release.  Registered users will have access 
	to Windows Command batch file capabilities, as well as 
	to the ESET command, which allows customization	of the 
	Windows Command environment.  For more information on 
	ESET or batch files, see the Windows Command help facility.
Version 1.01
	Several functions moved into a library file.  Assorted
	tweaks and fixes to the program.  Added a few editing keys
	(such as SHIFT-TAB), and fixed the keyboard documentation.
	RENAME will change subdirectory names. (It did before, but
	I forgot to document it (sorry!))
