WindSock SRM 1.4 - Windows Resource Monitor utility

This zip file contains Windsock SRM 1.4, an upgrade to the Windsock 1.3
package. WindSkRM 1.4 monitors Windows 3.0 and 3.1 resources. The main
difference between this and the 1.3 version is that it takes up less
room on your monitor.

The package consists of the following files:

If you already have a TOOLHELP.DLL on your system, check the dates on this
version and your existing version and *Rename* the old one (keep the old 
one in case of problems).
