Clock on top is a Windows 3.x clock that always stays on top.  Very handy for 
time consious people.

There is also a alarm built it.  To set the alarm, click the left mouse
button inside the clock window.  A dialog box will appear, and you should enter
the time as HH:MM.  The alarm time is not saved to disk, so each time you start
a new Windows session, you will have to reset the alarm if you wish to use it.

If you are using Win 3.1 place clock-on-top in the startup group if you wish
to have the clock running at all times.  If you are using Win 3.0, edit your
WIN.INI file, on the "Load=" line put clock10.exe(ie "Load=Clock10.exe", and
be sure to put clock10.exe in the windows directory, or else specify the path
before the filename.

This program may be freely distributed, as long as this file is included in
the distribution.  A reasonable fee may be charged for distribution of this
program.  You may not modify this program in any way, without my expess 
consent.  If you distribute this program, please use the name CLOCK10.ZIP to
avoid multiple files of the same program on any service.
