  INSTALLATION

  Minimum requirements: 386 PC, 4 meg memory, Windows.

  1)  Insert Power CloseR Disk in diskette drive A (or B).
      (Or...uncompress the downloaded file into directory C:\TEMP)

  2)  From Windows Program Manager:
      a) Select File then Run  --the Run Window is displayed.
      b) In the Command Line box, type:

                        A:\SETUP   (or B:\SETUP)
                        (Or... C:\TEMP\SETUP)

      c) Select OK  --Power CloseR installation begins.


  BACKUP INFORMATION

  The CDB.MDB file contains your variable data.  That file
  should be backed-up on a regular basis.  The file is normally
  in the C:\P-CLOSER file directory.

  Other files used by this application need to be backed-up when
  the software is installed.

  Disk files are summarized next.
