This program requires Microsoft Windows.  Most of its features are
       designed for the Windows for Pen Computing operating system.

       Copy the PENEZRA.EXE and PENEZRA.HLP file to a directory in your
       PATH  (i.e.  C:\WINDOWS).   Then create a new file program item
       in Windows (using Program Manager's File/New).  See your
       Windows manuals or help files for more details.

       You may delete the README.TXT, VENDOR.DOC, and PENEZRA.ZIP files
       as these are not required by the program.
