INSTALL

1. Create a directory called Search.
2. Unzip the '*.zip' or run the '*.exe' in that directory.
3. From the Windows, Program Manager, set up the icon
   for Legal Searcher - [F]ile, [N]ew,  Program Item
        Description: Legal Searcher
        Command line:
                Choose Browse. Navigate to the
                directory where you put Legal
                Searcher and Choose 'Search.exe'.
        Working directory:
                The directory where you
                put Legal Searcher (this is
                important).
        Choose OK.
4. Legal Searcher is ready to use.

VBRUN200.DLL

This program requires Microsoft's file vbrun200.dll
to be located in your Path or in the Windows\System
directory (Note: some versions of the program include
this file in the ZIP file). Vbrun200.dll is also
available at ftp.microsoft.com and on most bulletin
boards.
