VENDOR.TXT CyberSky Shareware Version 1.0b Thursday, July 6, 1995 o CyberSky is copyrighted software marketed as "shareware". It must never be described as "public domain" or "free" software. o CyberSky must not be bundled as part of another product without prior permission from the author. o CyberSky should be distributed as a compressed file named CYBERSKY.ZIP or CYBSKY1B.ZIP, although it is permitted to split the compressed file into smaller parts if necessary and to modify the names of those files in a reasonable manner. o Any distribution of CyberSky must contain all files as distributed by the author in their original, unmodified form. o Any vendor publication that lists CyberSky must contain a clear explanation of the shareware concept and this information must be visible to customers before they pay a fee to the vendor. o Vendors who obtain a version of CyberSky that is dated more than one year in the past must contact the author to see if there is a newer version available before distributing the package. o Vendors are encouraged to use the description of CyberSky contained in the FILE_ID.DIZ file to describe the package. Alternately, the longer descriptions found in the README.TXT file or in the CyberSky help file may be used.
