This file provides information for shareware distributors who
wish to distribute IconMini.

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
(LICENSE.TXT) regarding the distribution of the Shareware Version
of IconMini: 

BBSs, disk vendors, online services, and other shareware
distributors may distribute the Shareware Version of IconMini
with the following conditions: 
 1) All of the distribution files must be included unmodified: 
    ICONMINI.EXE, IMRUN.EXE, THREED,VBX, INSTALL.TXT, README.TXT,
    ORDER.TXT, LICENSE.TXT, VENDOR.TXT, FILE_ID.DIZ
    APIGUIDE.DLL, ICONMINI.HLP, CMDIALOG.VBX 
 2) It must be made clear in advance that the software is for
    evaluation use only and continued use requires registration. 
 3) Nothing may be charged for the software other than a nominal
    fee for the distribution costs.

Takes minimised icons on the Windows desktop, and compacts
them either vertically or horizontally into a selected screen
corner. There is also an option to automatically display the
icons description when the cursor passes over it. Unlike
others this does not stop normal access to the icons. Requires
Windows 3.1 and VBRUN300. Fully functional shareware 
- US$10 to register.

IconMini is a Windows 3.1 desktop utility to compact minimized
icons into a selected corner of the desktop, thus providing a
larger uncluttered work area. As well as selecting the corner for
the icons to be placed, they can also be selected to be
vertically or horizontally placed.

If selected, the description associated with the icon is 
displayed when the cursor rests on the icon for a selectable
period of time.

Access to the configuration panel is through a popup menu which
is displayed when the IconMini bar is clicked. This menu also
provides for Windows Exit/Restart/Reboot functions, and a dialog
to run a program.

IconMini has been written in Visual Basic 3.0 and utilises a 
number of functions from the Windows API.

IconMini is fully functional shareware for evaluation use only.
Any other use requires registering with the author, P Jakins, 
and costs US$10.  Support is via e-mail.
