For windows Logo change:

	1. copy vgalogo.rle to \windows\system directory
	   replacing the existing file	

	2. run windows setup & change video driver to VGA or anything
	   else that works.

	3. run windows setup again & change back to the usual video driver


For Wallpaper paintings:

	1. create a unique subdirectory of windows & copy BMP files to
	   that directory

	2. copy newpaper.doc & newpaper.exe to \windows directory

	3. read newspaper.doc & follow instructions to rotate paintings
	   at each windows startup.
