Additionally, you will need the following file, in order to run WinCap+.

	-   VBRUN300.DLL


To install the software :

1> UNZIP the contents of WCP.ZIP into a new directory

2> Use File...New in the program manager to add the WCP.EXE to
	one of your program groups.

That's it!

Additional steps...

	Check to see if you already have copies of any of the above DLL's
	or VBX's in your Windows directory. If you do, check their date
	stamps. If any are older than the ones included in this package
	replace them with the ones from this package, otherwise leave them.
