INTRODUCTION
------------
Shopping List Manager (SLM) will organize your supermarket 
trips to get you in and out in the shortest time possible.
SLM Version 3.1 is a mature Windows application that
offers many convenient features not found in earlier versions
of the program, or anywhere else. Use the extensive on-line 
help by pressing F1 at any time.


INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
-------------------------
The file VBRUN300.DLL must be in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
in order to install and run SLM. Many Windows programs require 
this file so you may already have it on your hard disk. If you 
don't, you must place a copy there.

You can download this file from CompuServe as follows:
GO MSL and download VBRUN300.EXE. You can find it using its
S number: S14631. VBRUN300.EXE is a self-extracting archive. 
After expanding VBRUN300.DLL, copy it to WINDOWS\SYSTEM.

1. Insert the installation diskette into drive B: (or A:)
2. Click the File menu of Program Manager or File Manager
3. Click Run
4. Type B:SETUP (or A:SETUP) and click OK
5. Follow the prompts; click Help for more information on
any dialog box
6. On some machines, restarting Windows is necessary before
running SLM

That's all there is to it! Assuming all has gone well, you can 
now run SLM. Please refer to the program's comprehensive online 
Help for more information regarding this program. You can 
access Help from the program by pressing F1 at any time.

REGISTERING SLM
---------------
The freely distributed demo version of SLM doesn't allow you to 
print shopping lists of more than 10 items. To purchase the 
full version of SLM, please register it with the author by 
sending a check made out to Joel Rose in the amount of $25.00.
(N.J. residents must add $1.50 sales tax. Canadian orders 
please add $2.00 for shipping and an additional $3.00 if 
sending a US dollar check drawn on a Canadian bank. Overseas 
orders please add $4.00 for shipping (air mail). Funds must be
payed in US dollars.)

Registration entitles you to receive an original program disk 
in the mail (or via CompuServe or Internet if you prefer), 
unlimited technical support directly from the author, and 
notices of future upgrades of the program.
