HTML Notepad is a Windows program which subsumes the simple Notepad editor
with the ability to produce HTML coding for World Wide Web pages.  Simple 
and fast it comes with full explanation on how to create professional pages.
HTML Notepad provides a simple interface for the construction of tables,
forms and background colours and images as well as the standard HTML 2.0
constructs.

HTML Notepad is shareware and if you enjoy using it (or even just have to)
 we would like you to register.  Rather than crippling the program in some 
way we rely on an initial splash screen to remind and add to your guilt.
