VENDOR INFORMATION

A. DISTRIBUTION: Everyone is permitted (and is encouraged!) to
copy and to distribute the Program, subject to the conditions
that they:

[1]  Do not remove any copyright or trademark information; and
[2]  Distribute the complete Program including all of its related
     files, each in compressed or other format as released by us.

B. IF YOU SELL THE PROGRAM you must additionally try to
distribute only the most current version of it, and your right to
distribute may be terminated by SOLOTECH SOFTWARE upon 
30 days prior written notice.  Please make sure that the buyer
understands that he or she is is purchasing Shareware.  

C. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS".  NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE AS TO IT, OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE
ON, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ITS CONTENTS.  WE
WILL PROVIDE NO REMEDY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM IT, INCLUDING SUCH
FROM NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR
CONTRACT, EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

     you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the
     state and federal courts sitting in Madison, WI.
