I noticed a few complaints about not being able to sort the quick 
list in the Web Explorer/2 very easily.  So I threw together something 
very quickly.  

It does minimal error checking, but to safeguard against accidental damage,
it takes as input the path\name of your explore.ini and writes a file named
tmp.ini in the current directory.  Please check this file for integrity
before overwriting your original explore.ini.

A few notes:  1) it assumes the quicklist is at the end of the explore.ini, 
2) sorting is done on a case-insensitive basis, but entries with accented 
characters get sorted to the end of the list bacause of their larger ASCII
codes.
