This is WinBiff 3.0, a Windows 3.1/Windows 95 email notification utility
for UUPC/extended, Waffle, Mini-Host, FSUUCP, Pegasus Mail, Eudora for
Windows, Microsoft Mail, FirstMail, Novell MHS, or PC-NFS.  WinBiff
also works as a POP3 client.

Besides this file, there are five files in the distribution:  The
executable WINBIFF.EXE, the Windows Help file WINBIFF.HLP, the
documentation file, WINBIFF.WRI (in Windows Write format), and
two icon files, NEWMAIL.ICO and NOMAIL.ICO.

Users of previous versions:  The <NW-PMAIL> macro for use with Pegasus
Mail under NetWare has been replaced by the "Message source"
PMail/NetWare in the Setup dialog.
