This electronic book has been compiled to run on Windows 3.1.  It has been
reported by several users that this book is also fully functional under
the recently released Windows 95.  However, since OmniMedia has not yet
tested this book under Windows 95, we cannot guarantee that it will work
under Windows 95 as intended.

TO QUICKLY GET STARTED, place *all* the files into a directory (preferably
an empty one) on your hard disk.  Using Windows 3.1 File Manager, locate the
file 'devdict.hlp' in that directory, and simply click on it.  Enjoy!
