Additional notes for WinGuide 1.2c

1. A german version of WinGuide is included. Just rename WG_GER.EXE
   to WG.EXE. I didn't translate WG.EWD (EW-extension). There's only
   one text in it and EW is in english anyway!

2. EW-USERS ONLY: There's still a situation where GPFs can occur!
   When WinGuide is active and you move your mouse cursor over the
   ribbon, EW crashes. I still don't know whether this is a bug in
   EW or in WG. I'll fix this as soon as possible! Until this is
   done: close WG or change to EW before you move your mouse cursor
   over the ribbon! This still works fine!
