NORBERT COMMANDER (NCOM)

Norbert Commander is a file/document managment software which has
some simularities with the Norton Commander (Symmantec) known from
the DOS age. But it goes far beyond that and can be used as main
document management system for all sort of user files and even
an index card system because of its ability to handle longer file
names even in traditonal systems (MS-DOS, WIN3.1). It does not depend
on the use of the mouse as prerequisit as the MS-Windows File Manager 
and is thus very usefull for Notebook computers on the road where 
operating a mouse is very painfull.
