	 LICENSE AGREEMENT - for shareware distribution releases

	 License to use pmLaunch (the software).

	 You are granted the use of the software for evaluation purposes
	 for 30 days, after which registration is required.

	 You may distribute copies of this pmSoftware product to others
	 as long as you include all files that are distributed with the
	 software (unaltered), they agree to the terms of this license
	 and no fee is charged for the software.  You may not sell or
	 license this product.

	 You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or
	 otherwise reduce the software to human perceivable form.  Use
	 of this license does not transfer any right, title, or interest
	 in the software product to the customer except as specifically
	 set forth in this license agreement.  Customer agrees that the
	 software product is protected by copyright laws.

	 LIMITED WARRANTY

	 pmSoftware does not warrant media used for distribution copies
	 of their software.  Only registered users receive warranted
	 media.

	 pmSoftware products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of
	 any kind, either expressed or implied.  pmSoftware does not
	 warrant that the program will meet your requirements or that
	 the software will be uninterrupted or error free.  pmSoftware
	 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or incidental
	 damages, including loss of business, profits, or the like.
	 Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or
	 limitation of liability, so the above exclusion may not apply
	 to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you
	 may also have other legal rights which vary from state to
	 state.
