PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Shareware distributors may use all or part of the descriptions below to 
describe Grafer in their literature:

Grafer(TM), v2.1 <ASP>, makes Line Graphs and Scatter Plots for reports

Grafer(TM), v2.1 <ASP>, makes ANSI look-alike graphs suitable for
scientific and engineering reports. The Line Graphs and Scatter Plots
are built from X-Y data entered from the keyboard, a text file, or the
Clipboard. The "Picture" Graphs can be Copied to the Clipboard and
Pasted into other applications as an adjustable graph. Saved graphs are
in text file format. Printed graphs are adjustable in size.

DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

The Shareware version of Grafer may be uploaded or downloaded freely 
by any bulletin board (BBS) or on-line information service such as 
CompuServe and GEnie

Anyone distributing Grafer for any kind of remuneration (Disk 
Vendor) must include in the distribution package all of the original
files and executables. Grafer may be distributed using any media.
You must not represent in any way that you are selling this software
or that your fee includes the cost of the software.  Please let your
customers know that a registration fee is required for continued use of
the software. You may contact Robert Lovell at the address below to
be sure that you have the latest version of the program.

The Registered version of Grafer may not be distributed or copied in 
any way except with written permission from Robert Lovell.  Vendors
wishing to distribute the registered version of Grafer may contact
Robert Lovell for information.

editor by double-clicking on the "Register" icon.  From DOS, use the 
command line, PRINT REGISTER.TXT.  Either way, just fill out the form
