   - Fixed the prediction plot to better handle
     unusual hurricane paths.
   - The time-of-day entry now allows more flexibility
     to allow entries for all 24 hours in the day.
   - The wind-speed legend has been upgraded to
     reflect the different hurricane classifications.
   - Track positions with wind speed less than 74
     MPH (non-hurricanes) are now shown in a different
     color.
   - Upgraded the help with information on 
     sources for finding hurricane track information.
