*Resource Monitor* and *Resource Monitor for Windows 95* has been released to:

Both the *Resource Monitor* and *Resource Monitor for Windows 95* are freeware,
or public domain software.

These programs can be distributed to any friend, relative, BBS, or online
service as long as no fee is charged for the actual program(s).  The only
exception to this is a charge for access to the BBS or online service as
prescribed by the service provider.

DO NOT attempt to tamper with the PERSON.DAT file as *Resource Monitor* and
*Resource Monitor for Windows 95* crash if it is not present or if the data has
been changed.  IF YOU DO, THE PROGRAM WILL NO LONGER FUNCTION!!!  MORE THAN
LIKELY, YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT AS YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TAMPERED WITH
THE FILE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
