This is an alternate logo for your Win95 shutdown.  To enable this, just look in the director where Win95 resides and find the file LOGOW.SYS.  This is the file Win displays on shutdown.  It is the picture of the Windows logo against a blue sky.  Rename LOGOW.SYS to LOGOW.SAV and then copy this file and you will have a cool new shutdown banner.
