PURPOSE  Increases rate and decreases delay of typematic action of keyboard

FORMAT   FASTKEY [/rate] [/delay]

REMARKS  Specify a repeat rate (cursor speed) from 1 to 5 to install Fastkey

         Registered version only: You may specify a delay (length of time before         key starts repeating) from 1 to 9.  If you don't, normal delay is
         assumed.

         Repeating will stop immediately upon release of a key, except when used         with programs that maintain their own keyboard buffer.

EXAMPLE  Type FASTKEY/1/5 and press ENTER
