  contained in the PsyMed files may or may not be out of date depending
  on the date of your copy of PsyMed.  If you register, you will receive
  the latest, up-to-date medication files, and the latest version of the
  PsyMed program.  Afterwards, you will be notified of each new release
  of the medication files and PsyMed program and may elect to receive
  the latest versions for a small upgrade fee.  PsyMed contains abbreviated
  medication information and prescriptions should only be made based on
  the judgement of qualified physicians.
