   This program has been put into an ARChive file to keep the required files
from getting derezed (sent into oblivion) or wandering off never to be
found in the umpteen gigabytes of PC programs floating around.	This also
helps to decrease the amount of online time required to download this file.
To access *.ARC files requires a utility called ARC from System Enhancement
Associates, the filename most commonly used on BBSes is ARC500.EXE for this
utility.  I grouped these files together under ARC ver. 5.00, if you have
a older version of the ARChive utility, this file grouping may be
incompatible with your ARC version.
   Look for the following files in your ARChive, if you don't see all the
ones listed or getting messages saying file doesn't exist well, something
is missing!  There is a total of 11 files in the ARChive.  WARNING: Renaming
the files listed below may have undesired consequences therefore it is NOT
recommended.  Of course if you can't use the IBMCOLOR.DRV driver as a terminal
driver, then you'll want to keep TD.DRV off of the system disk or directory.
DO NOT use interchange modules from older versions with newer versions or
vice versa!!!

program throughly on my hardware/software without any ill effects within
the time constraint that this is NOT my FULL TIME job.	This program
is NOT designed to be totally bulletproof, as that is impossible due to
the nature of the design.  It is designed to be an enhancer system for
Lotus 1-2-3.
