- New section for TurboBBS source code: section 12.

- New distribution version on-line in files section 12:
  TURBOBBS.LBR - library of squeezed source code;
  BBSINFO.LBR  - library of menus, info & help files.

- New commands:
  [A] - Apply for level 2 access;
  [B] - Prints Bulletins file.

- New files system commands:
  [G] - Goodbye now works from files area;
