NEWSPACE DISTRIBUTION LICENSING AGREEMENT


        Anyone wishing to charge a fee for a copy of the shareware version of
        NewSpace must be authorized to do so by Isogon Corporation, the owner
        and copyright holder of NewSpace.  To receive such authorization,
        complete and send this form to:

        Isogon will register you as a NewSpace distributor, and will send you a
        diskette with the latest shareware version.  You will also receive
        notice when a new release of the program becomes available.


        Distributors already recognized by the Association of Shareware
        Professionals need not register.  However, registering will ensure that
        you are distributing the most current release of NewSpace.


                                 TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION

        1. The fee charged for a copy of the shareware version of NewSpace may
           not exceed $7, including postage and handling.           

        2. Your library's catalog or listing must state that NewSpace is a
           shareware product, and as such it is copyrighted, that its use is
           restricted to evaluation by the user, and that a licensing fee must
           be paid if the user wants to use the program on a regular basis.

        3. The offering and sale of NewSpace will be stopped at any time Isogon
           Corporation so requests.

        In return for the right to distribute the shareware version of NewSpace
        for a fee, I agree to comply with the above Terms of Distribution.
