Windows 3.xx, allowing you to use all of the functions of NET and NET_MGR
without exiting Windows. 

Along with the same connection utilities offered by NET and NET_MGR,
LANtastic for Windows can handle multiple tasks and multiple windows. Which
means you can monitor the printer queue of every printer server on your
network and text chat with multiple users -- all at the same time! 
But that's not all. You can also save the window configuration you've created
and run LANtastic for Windows in the background while running another Windows
application. And with just one keystroke, get back into LANtastic for Windows
and resume whatever tasks are at hand. Of course, you can still use LANtastic
for Windows to log onto a server, connect to a printer or share an

Administration is also very effective through LANtastic for Windows. You can
create user accounts, share resources, follow an audit trail or modify a
server's configuration. If security is a concern, these manager features can
be password protected, and the user accounts can be configured with various
access rights to limit or enhance their activity on the network. And
installation is as easy as running the Windows SETUP program.
