DESQview Aware Event Synchronizer Version 1.0 January 15, 1990 Nels Anderson 92 Bishop Drive Framingham, MA 01701 DESCRIPTION: WAITDV is a utility for BBS sysops to use to synchronize multiple nightly events. It causes an event to wait for another node to create a file before continuing or it can also just wait for a set number of minutes. Because WAITDV is DESQview aware, the active event runs much faster than if a non-aware wait utility was used. WAITDV will also work fine if you are not using DESQview. REQUIREMENTS: No special requirements. SHAREWARE: WAITDV is distributed as Shareware. You are free to try the program and make copies for others. If you continue to use it, however, you are asked to make a donation to the author of $5 or more to support continued development of this and other software. FILES: The files included in TOPCITY v1.0 are as follows: WAITDV.EXE The executable file WAITDV.DOC Documentation on how to use WAITDV WAITDV.TXT This file All these files MUST be included when distributing this program. If you archive the program for distribution through BBS's, please use the name WAITDV10.ZIP (or .ARC, .PAK, etc. as appropriate).
