                      Configuration Utility for CallBack

        I whipped up this little  utility to aid in the setup of my
  call back verify door for GAP.  It is pretty self-explanitory and 
  has context sensitive help provided by the F1 key.  This ought to 
  help eleviate some of the  confusion brought on by all of the 1's 
  and 0's in the config file.
 
        It will create the config files in the current directory so 
  the best place to keep this utility is in the same  directory you 
  keep your CallBack files. After you have all of your config files
  created this utility may be deleted or kept for future changes.

  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

        Configuration menu now contains  default values.   Defaults
  are set in accordance to  the way CallBack is setup on the Remote 
  Designs  BBS.   Using this configuration,  I allow the  call back 
  verification  of ANY number  then require the  user to phone back 
  after verification if his number is not local.

        CBCONFIG now uses the GAPCOLOR  environment variable if one
  is set.  This allows the user to force a monochrome color scheme.
  If this is required,  use the following command either at the DOS 
  prompt or in your AUTOEXEC.BAT:

  SET GAPCOLOR=MONO
