WSCOL 1.5 is an ASCII bulletin colorizer run from the command line.  It is
field configurable (up to 8 columns of text) and is designed for BBS sysops.
Can be run quite nicely in an event or if your system drops to dos after
every caller, all your updated file directories can be colorized.

WSCOL 1.5 was designed for GAP Communications by GAP Communications but will
work on any system that uses ASCII bulletins.


Syntax   : WSCOL infile outfile hd# c#1 fld#1in fld#1len ... etc etc

           field length = number of columns.

           Runs complete from the command line and allows resizing
           and moving of fields (within reason). Delimit each command
           parameter by a single space.  Nothing else will work.

           By typing WSCOL infile outfile S (or STRIP) you can
           quickly strip out the ansi characters, leaving a pure
           ASCII file.

           Some of these examples have been included as ASCII file for you
           to colorize yourself.  Sort of a coloring book for Prop-Heads!


WSCOL was written in QuickBasic and compiled with QB 4.5
