          This is the third version of this program.  Many thanks to 
          those who have contributed to make this version possible.
          In this version the program was revised to include common 
          pipefittings, commonly used valves, and elevation change 
          effects to head losses.  The units of expressing the pipe 
          losses was changed to HEAD units, instead of the PSI units 
          used in the previous versions.  

          Please thoroughly validate this program before you rely on it.  

          In order to use this software please read the entire manual 
          as found in the file called PIPEDATA.DOC.  It is an ASCII 
          file.  To print it out type "COPY PIPEDATA.DOC LPT1:" at the
          DOS prompt.  Make sure that you start at the top of a sheet 
          of paper.  The manual has all the instructions for starting 
          and operating the program.
