Date: 01/18/89 Subject: Tymnet "PC-Pursuit" Questionnaire Purpose: Telenet PC-Pursuit Alternative Tymnet has been receiving a large number of calls from PC-Pursuit users looking for an alternative to PC-Pursuit. Although Tymnet does not presently offer a service that would be beneficial to the hobbyist, they are studying the possibility of offering a similar, perhaps better, service than Telenet's PC-Pursuit. In an effort to help Tymnet Telemarketing Department study the possibility of setting up such a service for the PC-Pursuit users, the following questionnaire has been prepared by Eva Cabness, Senior Marketing Specialist for Tymnet, and Paul Johnson, Telecommunication and Networking graduate student at Northern Illinois University and a PC-Pursuit user. If you are a PC-Pursuit user that is even in the slightest bit uneasy with the new rate hikes imposed by Telenet, please fill out the attached questionnaire and mail to: Tymnet US-Access Survey 2560 North First Street P.O. Box 49019 San Jose, CA 95161-9019 Please try to get everyone who is even remotely involved in PC-Pursuit to fill out and mail this questionnaire. Tymnet has a chance to listen to the users of PC-Pursuit and set up a service based on what our needs are, and we have to speak to be heard by filling out the questionnaire. Long Live The Hobbyist. Sincerely, Paul Johnson, Graduate Student, Northern Illinois University, Telecommunications and Networking, Author AAAPCP+ scripts for PC-Pursuit Your Name: _____________________________________ Address: _____________________________________ City/State: _____________________________________ Phone: (____)____/_______ PC-Pursuit Questionnaire 1.
