REM Placing an * at the beginning of a statement indicates that the
REM statement is to be printed to the screen and added to the answer file.

REM Statements not preceeded by REM, ? or * is assumed to be printed to the
REM screen.  This enables you to add instructions, headers, etc.
REM A <Cr> indicates a carriage return or Enter.

usually within 24 hours.  By not answering this questionaire validation is
not guaranteed.  Voice validation is done on a random basis.
