Usage - C:\>DISPDB [d:\][path\]filename.ext

This program will detect, by file extension, the type of
file you are requesting information about.  If it detects
a file extension of DBF, it will display data about the
database.  If it detects NDX, NTX or IDX it will display
information about the index file.
