Each transaction includes a check number or an entry number, a one-word 
description, payee/comment, amount, and date of the transaction.        
Entries can easily be sorted according to number or date. Automatic     
entry features are included to modify, delete, or search for previous   
entries. For personal sorting purposes, transactions may be grouped     
together in any of 10 user-defined categories, with each category having
