The financial calculator provides you with four valuable financial      
tools.  You can calculate monthly loan payments, display/print          
amortization schedules, project future value of deposits, and           
calculate withdrawals from annuities.                                   
                                                                        
THE CHECKBOOK keeps disk access to a minimum, since all current
