Tutor DOS
                   Information Sheet and Corporate Licensing Rates


          Tutor  DOS is currently in  use in homes,  schools, and companies
          throughout the United States, Canada, and Great Britain.

          The basic licensing agreement which is distributed with Tutor DOS
          states that home  users and  public schools may  use the  program
          without  consideration   of  any  kind.     Private  schools  and
          commercial firms  are expected  to license  the  program if  they
          intend  to add  it to  their software  libraries.   The following
          license fees apply:

                           1-50                         $50.00
                          51-100                       $100.00
                         101-150                       $150.00
                         151-200                       $200.00
               200-Unlimited (Single Site only)        $250.00
               Unlimited National Corporate License    $500.00

               Private School License                     $25.00
               (Applies only to private elementary  schools, secondary
               schools,   and   colleges/universities.  "For   profit"
               training centers  must license  at corporate  rates for
               the  maximum number of copies  to be used  at any given
               time.)

          Licensed corporate  copies are customized to  display the company
          name   on  the  licensing  screen   and  on  the  certificate  of
          completion.
