Showlog version 3.5 was published in February '92 with the following changes from its predecessor: 1) The Main Menu was re-organized with the QUIT function moved to the bottom and the ADD function moved to the top. The menu operation was also changed with the message prompts being removed. An empty database will result in everything except ADD, UTILITY and QUIT being disabled. Once data is entered then the remaining functions are enabled. 2) An additional index was added to keep track of the Entry Date. This entry date is automatically maintained by ShowLog and reflects, as its name refers, the date the entry was made (not to be confused with Record Date). With this new index a user can print/browse through data that was entered on any given day or period of time. 3) At the Main Menu screen a brief HELP text is provided. Roy Mickelsen Author
