From the margin menu, press "P" for page length. Set this to 59 and lines 
to skip to 0 for best results.

Initialize code:

        (resets printer and  set Ibm box character characters)

        ( ejects the page)

        (sets elite, 12 cpi)

        (sets 10 cpi, normal)
