outline.  TPMPF first prints the filename and the file's creation date  
at the top of the page and then proceeds to print the formatted source

Procedure and function names are emphasized and underlined, index       
numbers are printed on the right side of the page, global variables are 
double-striked, and local variables are italicized.  After printing the 
source code, TPMPF will print a listing of procedures and functions     
with their index numbers.  You can elect to create source code files
