A collection of C utilities that allow implementation of interrupt      
calls to DOS or to the BIOS of a PC, XT or AT.  QC-UTIL of QC_TOOLS     
gives you the ability to control cursor movement, paint the screen, draw
boxes and windows, control the keyboard buffer, and much more.  The     
documentation correlates with, and references by page number, Peter     
Norton's "The New Peter Norton Programmer's Guide to the IBM PC and     
PS/2".                                                                  
                                                                        
Source and object files are supplied for several C compilers, for       
example QuickC, MicroSoft C and Let's C.  Programmers will find QC_UTIL 
routines to be a convenient addition to their programming tool

Accompanying QC_UTIL in QC_TOOLS is QC_BAT, a collection of files that  
shows you how to exercise total control over your Microsoft QuickC      
compiler.  Command-line compilation enhances the overall performance of 
your programs.  It allows you to specify exactly what you want the      
compiler to do.                                                         
                                                                        
The proficient C programmer should be able to command-line-compile his  
programs.  Understanding it, however, can be a tedious task.  The many  
options available are confusing.                                        
                                                                        
The purpose of QC_BAT is to introduce you to it.  The documented batch  
files include page numbers that reference the QuickC manuals.  The files
