The best we have found is CREDIT PLUS Gold Card. The registration fee is $79.95.

You receive a CREDIT PLUS Gold Card, It is usable only with CREDIT PLUS Catalog.

Along with the card you receive a certificate for $80 credit toward purchases.

This makes the registration basically free. They require 20% downpayment with

each purchase.

The balance is financed. You have  $1500 credit limit, that can expand to $5000

with good pay history. When you have purchased, and paid for $500 on the

CREDIT PLUS Gold Card you receive an approved VISA with no security deposit, and

$300 credit limit. This is reviewed each 90 days, and incremented by $300 if the

pay history warrants. The CREDIT PLUS Gold Card also gives discounts at

resturants, hotels, &  motels, car rentals, and 30% at K-Mart Auto centers

anywhere in the country.

You also receive a credit rating from CREDIT PLUS Gold Card, American Financial

Security, and The bank issuing the Visa Card. GOOD PAY on these gives you 3 good

credit references, one of them a VISA card.
