The distribution disks for MenuDIRECT Gold 3.0 (previous the Point & Shoot 
Hard Disk Manager) should contain the following files:

Disk 1:
  BBS.DOC
  CHANGES.TXT
  FILES.TXT
  INSTALL.EXE
  MDR.PG1
  ORDER.FRM
  READ.ME
  VENDOR.DOC

Disk 2:  (or add to disk 1 for 720K 3.5")
  MDR.PG2
  
Please make sure these files are included on any disks you distribute.
