Bah Humbug - MicroSoft strikes again!
The Windows SDK 3.1 Resource Compiler by default
marks all compiled programs as requiring Windows 3.1
or higher, even if they do not. As a result,
IconMaster versions 1.2A, and 1.2B will not run on
Windows 3.0. None of the Beta testers cought it
since they had all upgraded.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Version 1.2C is now
available and really does run on Windows 3.0 and 3.1.
