Compare is a utility for comparing two lists, namely file listings.
You can compare any bbs's master files list, and your own master 
listing and can then optionally generate upload & download lists.

Compare is faster than most of the bbs listing comparison utilities
we have looked at and does in fact generate a useful list without
embelishment.
