        14.4EX.  At $699, it's priced about $300 less than most other V.32
        modems.  Intel is pleased to offer these special prices to BBS System
        Operators:

        NOTE:   The 14.4EX will not be available until 11/18/91.

        TERMS OF THE OFFER

        To qualify for this offer, you must:

        []  Currently operate a bulletin board system.
        []  Purchase the modem for bulletin board use only  -- not for resale.
        []  Use the modem on the BBS at least one year before removal.
        []  Purchase no more than two modems per system at this price.
        []  Announce in your BBS user sign-on message that you're using an
